Involvement of VTCN1 and Its Cleaving Enzyme NRD1 in Vitiligo Pathogenesis
Abstract Take Home Message
The findings of this study provide new insight into immune dysregulation reported in vitiligo and may lead to develop therapeutic strategies using an immunomodulatory approach to combat vitiligo. This is the first study on the role of VTCN1 in vitiligo pathogenesis. which will pave a way to establish VTCN1 as a potential biomarker and therapeutic target for vitiligo.
